How do I cancel an order?To ensure that all orders reach our customers in a timely fashion, orders are processed quickly and in the order received. We allow cancellations up to 1 hour after the order is placed. Once an order has been printed and entered into the processing stage, we can no longer cancel or make changes to the order. Customer service inquiries are resolved in the order they are received. We cannot guarantee that order change requests will be accommodated before an order is processed. If an address change is requested, customers are responsible for covering the cost of the new shipping label once it has been printed. Do you accept returnsDue to the nature of our product, all purchases are final. All products are nonrefundable and nonexchangeable. If you have any issues with your order email us at info@vannasheaandco.com or via Live Chat so we can address them.

Do you test products on animals?We do not test on animals. All of our products are cruelty-free.

Are the products safe to use for all skin types?All products are made to be skin safe. Please read the ingredient list to make sure you are not allergic to any ingredient(s). We do offer fragrance-free products for people with sensitive skin.

How should products be storedWe recommend storing your Vanna Shea & Co. products in a cool dry area, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
