Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 days after it is received. That does not include holidays and weekends. If for instance, an order will be later than promised. You (the customer) will be contacted via email by us (Vanna Shea & Co.) so that you will be aware of any delays along with an updated shipment date. Once orders are processed, they are shipped via USPS in 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping via UPS is 2-3 business days.
Return/ Exchange/ Replacement Policy
Due to the nature of our products and sanitary concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Refunds will not be issued for any package marked "delivered" by USPS.
